After the courier has picked up the parcel from our warehouse, you can contact us to receive a tracking number.

Methods and time of delivery

We use the services of the following shipping companies: DPD (www.dpd.com.pl), Rohlig-Suus (www.suus.com). Depending on the purchased goods, its specifics, weight and dimensions, we adjust the appropriate carrier and type of shipment. Couriers deliver parcels between 8.00 a.m. and 4 p.m., delivery at a different time is a matter of goodwill of the courier only. The route and the exact time of delivery depends only on the courier.

We remind you that in the case of parcels over 29.5 kg, the courier is not obliged to bring the goods inside the Buyer’s premises. The courier delivers such shipments to the Buyer’s building as close as possible, taking into account the condition of the road infrastructure.
